Maisie's been in show business since she was a skinny little kid, and show business is why I look that way. But it's glamourous, and exciting, wonderful and unpredictable - pretty much everything you can think of, except profitable! When she's working in some other job outside of show business, Maisie's usually got a strange feeling in her stomach - but the feelings only there on account of her having some food in it for a change! This week she's working at Hemingway, and this morning she's heading in late again. Just how do people do this every day?! Amos 'n' Andy is an American radio and television sitcom set in Harlem, Manhattan's historic black community. The original radio show, which ran from 1928 until 1960, was created, written and voiced by two white actors, Freeman Gosden and Charles Correll, who played Amos Jones and Andrew Hogg Brown as well as incidental characters.
