This week, we are talking about communication and coaching indicators with Nadia Kean (Smarty Pants) of the Strong Athletic Podcast and clothing brand. We even go on a tangent discussing and questioning the effectiveness of the 27-in-5 time trial test for minimum skills in roller derby. Nadia has been teaching and coaching athletes for nearly 20 years.
