A budding, fast paced career as a fashion journalist Elle Halliwell seemed to have it all. But in 2016 after a visit to her local doctor, her life quickly turned into a nightmare. Elle was told that she had a rare form of cancer, Chronic Myeloid Leukemia and then just two days later found out that she was also pregnant with her first child. Faced with an almighty decision Elle embarked on an emotional rollercoaster. Today Elle is the mother to happy, healthy little boy Tor and the Author of the incredibly heartfelt book, A Mother's Choice which documents her journey and the decision to forego treatment until after the birth of her child.
