My Greatest Gift To You Is A Healthy Me | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: 764

Your greatest gift to others is to be the healthiest version of you that you can be.I used to spend too much time working on others for me rather than working on me for them. Your personal health and well-being is the greatest gift you can give to the world. Personal development is the hardest work you will ever do, and often the least appreciated by those close to you. Make self improvement firstly for your own benefit then whether others notice or benefit from it at least you always will. You can’t give away what you don’t have. You can’t sustain withdrawals others make from your life without sufficient deposits that leave you with surplus. It doesn’t work with money or love or energy or life. You can’t love your neighbour with a love you have never given to yourself. --- Let me know when you're watching screenshot the episode and tag me in it @PaulScanlonUK and share with me your thoughts or a favourite quote.  Please leave a review of this podcast channel and I'd love for you to subscribe.  The award for best supporting role goes to... | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 339

Most of us want to live epic lives and be the hero of our own stories, but what if I told you that it’s far greater to fill a supporting role in an epic story than an epic role in a supporting story? We all want to be top ranked leaders, but it’s better to be a great sergeant than a bad general.  In this podcast episode, I want to discuss how our impact in the world can be far greater in roles that may not look as epic as we initially envision for ourselves.  *Enjoying what you’re hearing?  Where Do You Love The Process? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 297

Where you get excited about the process?  Not just the outcome - the study, investigation, conversation, research - all the things that are involved in how to get a good outcome - than that is an indication of what your passions and strengths are. If you’re struggling to figure out where you’re heading in life or what your passions and strengths are the pay attention to where you love process. We are so driven by validation through results that we assume successful outcomes is where we should look.  The secret and it is a secret because so few know it, is to look where you love the process not the results. Look at the creativity, study, planning, risk, uncertainty, struggle and effort that you love and there you will find yourself.  Look for something where you love the process and the rest will follow.
