Sean Woodland talks with former Nebraska Cornhusker, St. Louis Rams and Seattle Seahawks defensive end Grant Wistrom about his college football career, winning three national championships, playing in the NFL, finding CrossFit and his personal fitness journey. Grant is also married to CrossFit Games Masters competitor Melissa Wistrom and is currently a co-owner of CrossFit Springfield in Missouri.
Sean and Tommy sit down to discuss and share their thoughts on the Open score penalties recently handed out by CrossFit HQ for athletes at the top of the leaderboard, as well as preview the upcoming CrossFit Italian Showdown and Asia CrossFit Championship sanctioned events taking place this weekend.
Brent "The Professor" Fikowski is a 3-time CrossFit Games athlete, podium finisher, and 4th place finisher at the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games. Brent has never finished lower than 4th at the CrossFit Games, and was the 2nd fittest man on the planet in 2017. Brent will be competing the Asia CrossFit Championship sanctioned event and joins Sean and Tommy from Shanghai, China to talk about the 2019 season, his growth and mindset as an athlete, and his vision for the future of the sport.

Mike "Rothy" Roth has been the live broadcast director for the CrossFit Games in since 2011, and has played a pivotal part in the development and growth of the live production for the CrossFit Games the past 9 seasons. A television production veteran of 35 years, Rothy has also directed and worked on a variety of major sports around the world including the NFL, NBA, and NHL. Rothy joins Sean and Tommy to chat about the evolution and future of the CrossFit Games from the media side.
