But underneath that helmet is a human who has a name, a story, an ‘It Factor.’ Award winning storyteller and Pac-12 Networks broadcaster Yogi Roth hosts the new series, ‘THE IT FACTORY’ where he interviews Pac-12 football players, alums and esteemed guests to learn more about their journey toward success on Saturdays. Each guest will unpack their 'It Factor.' They will discuss how they developed it and how it drives them to be the best version of themselves in a new series from the Conference of Champions on the best coast.This podcast is executive produced by David Koppett, Erwin Tugadi and Yogi Roth.
