(music, that is)   Music in the background.   Jay did a talk about All the Noise in the World.  That hit Bobby. Yes, so many are trying to get above the noise…   Still remember that presentation.   Okay.  Bye Bye, Lizzy …Against the Noise.   Me Against the World, Lizzy Borden   Bobby was in a hairband, and opened for them.  He had more hair then. Creating Noise…haha!   Bobby & Jay got into a big discussion about how noisy the world is.  Bobby believes it is part of the problem in the world today. To get above the noise, you have to do something negative and polarize the world….to Go Viral.   #virality  A Kevin Taylorism.   Jay is still looking forward to the catering.   Off Track Again!     So, what can we do?  Bobby & Ryan said anything we do adds to the noise.   Jay was in a different conversation: which became noise as he was in it….he was more interested in listening to the other conversation.  Wanting to be in the conversation he was in, but having a nagging thought of FOMO (fear of missing out) what in the other conversation was he missing.   That is part of the problem.  A lot of different messages. Can only listen to one at a time.  You have to focus on one.   Bobby says anything we do is going to be a part of the noise.  He was talking about stuff he watched and really liked. Jay’s eyes showed he was overwhelmed.  He had stuff he wanted to listen to.   Bobby just wanted to unplug at that point.  Head to the woods. It can be defeating.   Negative Sound.  Noise.   Kevin talks about a Fed EX ad of color bar test screen and TONE.  At the end it said, there should have been an ad here…but, “pitch” for Fed EX.     How do you fight against the noise.  They did with this ad. 24 seconds of dead air in the middle of the Super Bowl.   Everybody can’t do this.   There are other ways you can do that with your message.  The problem is you can’t just stop. How do you pull out and stop adding to noise?   Ryan shared, while he was in graphic design school, he was learning…   Bobby created visual noise.  Oops.   Ryan pointed out the billboards, that are now digital.  All this is thrown at us. A world we live in. It is what it is.  We live in it. But, Ryan believes there is so much rhetoric and everyone’s 5 seconds of fame.     Bobby says that’s why there are school shootings.  Their only message to the world is by hurting other people.   Ryan says they are outletting.   Kevin says you rarely remember who did it, you usually remember the city.     Business is also guilty of using rhetoric.   To Bobby rising above the noise means, unless we move away to the mountains, we are already adding to the noise.  The only choice we have, is what kind of noise we want to put out? Neg or Most Connected to the Love Energy, noise.

Travis grew up in Lawrence, Kansas. He attended the US Air Force Academy, where he was a soaring instructor pilot, and graduated with a BS in human factors engineering. He served five years on active duty and attained the rank of captain. After fulfilling his commitment to the air force, Travis co-founded and presided over Volition Interactive, a successful computer-based training startup and defense contractor. Travis then embarked upon a 13-year career as the director of digital marketing for a pharmaceutical company with more than 35 national over-the-counter and prescription brands. In addition to his responsibility for the company’s entire digital footprint, he led several special projects, ranging from getting a human antibiotic approved for dogs to NASCAR sponsorships. His final project propelled him into the canabis industry in 2014. Founded in 2015, Veedverks launched its first line of vape pen products in January 2017, followed by e-liquids and Amelia brand lotions. It now manufactures and distributes 12 products to 57 stores in 14 states. In May 2017, Veedverks made history and gained national brand recognition as the first cannabis brand to sponsor a race team in NASCAR’s top series. Although NASCAR approved the sponsorship, they forced the team to remove the Veedverks logo from the hood of underdog Carl Long’s #66 Chevy before the race. Veedverks honored its commitment to the team anyway, lit NASCAR up on social media, and endeared itself to millions of NASCAR fans. Shortly thereafter, Veedverks sponsored Bobby Dale Earnhardt in a nationally televised ARCA race. In February 2018, Veedverks became the the first cannabis company to sponsor a monster truck, using the opportunity to raise awareness for nonprofit American Medical Refugees and US Patent 6630507, The US government’s own patent on cannabinoids as a neuroprotectants which proves that cannabis has medical value and disqualifies it from placement on Schedule 1. Veedverks now sponsors Tia Norfleet, the first African-American female NASCAR-licensed driver. Hahahahaa!!! The intro is total echo chaos…but, Bobby assures all of us: We Got This!! He hears himself so much in his own head…we were trying to freak you out, Travis. Travis tells about himself. There is still an echo for him in his headphones, but he does great telling all about his company. Partners are Air Force grads, started the company in 2015. What made you get into this industry? He was working for a pharmaceutical company and found out that Cannabis is not bad for you, but in many cases is good for you. When he learned that truth, the rest of his life he had to pursue it. The medicinal part of Cannabis is actually over 111 cannabinoids which are all related to each other. Not just CBD that is legal is all 50 states. Travis is still hearing a ton of feedback. 15 second delay and looping. Really, I heard it. –Sky I ended up being the issue! She knows the importance and impact a mentor can have on improving your life and has worked with many mentors and coaches herself.  Over the last several years Sheri has completed several mentoring courses and in 2016 she certified as a coach with Dr. Matt Townsend to facilitate and coach the “Feeding The Starved Marriage” course. The coaching services offered by Endeavor Mentoring are based upon the concepts covered in Dr. Matt’s Starved Stuff (Available from Dr. Matt, Amazon, and others). The #Biz4GoodShow www.Biz4GoodShow.com #BeGoodDoGood 12-31-17     The #Biz4GoodShow Podcast Episode 49:  New Year Eve celebration 2018   Live! on Facebook & YouTube  December 31, 2017  www.Biz4GoodShow.com   Oh this is so cool…hear the behind the scenes stuff at the top of the show.   What Fun!!!!   We got this (haha!)  Happy New Year! 2018 J     ACTION!   Roll that slick intro?  Hehe…everybody claps.  Peanut Gallery & loud music in the background with The 88’s & Retrospect.  Rockin!   Welcome to Episode 49:   Loud Crowd – Live studio audience.   The amazingest of the amazingest guests tonight.  & a few others in just a second.   Go Ryan.  Yeah…..   We got bands!  And, wonderful live music in the background.   Bobby said this is the inaugural New Years Eve celebration.       Haha!  Sky our producer is here tonight.  Yay!   Look at something….the audio was synced to the video later.  Right?       We want a live studio audience every show.  Wow!   Ryan says, we’re wrapping up our first year.  And, we have our wives here.   They are the wind beneath our wings.  –Bobby   They are the ones that put up with us.  – Ryan   Bobby tells the story of how the Biz4GoodShow got its start.  First 2 episodes were produced with their phones.  Now they have a whole studio with all kinds of fun toys…er, uh tools.     And now Ryan notices how patient the guests are.  Bobby agrees it’s a good idea for them each to introduce their own wife.  Ryan first:   Linda Pilkington from Idaho and Salt Lake.  Ryan’s wife.  Linda adds, “14 years of marriage”.  Lots of laughing!  Lots of fun!   Ryan says she is an amazing lady and he’s so glad she is here.  She does everything.  Made some amazing dips for the party.  We hear the band jamming.     Bobby is proud to report he hasn’t gotten completely stuffed (yet) on all the goodies.  And, asks Monique if she is proud of him.   He then introduces Monique Dawn James … the most powerful woman he knows, most spiritual woman (I can attest to that), and definitely the wind beneath Bobby’s wings.  Put up with Bobby for 21 years.  Wow! How’d you do that?   She says, “Every time”.  “That’s True”.   Sky points out that James Thompson is in the shot right behind Monique.  He will be on the #Biz4GoodShow on January 11th.  At this time they also pointed out the live music was being provided by The 88’s & Retrospect.   Bobby continues with the interview:   What has this year been like for our wives?  Like what kind of impact has the Biz4GoodShow had on their lives this year….   Linda, not Brenda.   She just loves the vibe of the show and the good things that come from it. Just a lot of great things happening.  Fun things to watch.  A little crazy with sharing just one car.  The day of the podcast, Ryan has to get up really early to take her to work.  Such Sacrifice!   “Take me to work” – Bobby…no diff song     It’s been great.  Love watching it grow, and seeing Ryan do more as an announcer.   Bobby appreciates that she really cares, gives input, and critiques the show.     Monique says, it hasn’t been that much different.  She doesn’t know what to say.  Cuz it’s completely crazy all the time!   The show’s been good.  She listens and thinks it’s awesome.

Ryan and the Grinch used to hang out.  8th grade?  Something like that…   Special Guest is the Grinch who stole Christmas.   (but, I gave it back…no one ever remembers that)   Watch the end of the show!  My heart grew big.  I’m a totally reformed jerk.  I like to have fun.   He once was known for stink, stank & stunk.   Loves onions for deodorant…and loves trash in the house.   Trash it up.   Keepin busy.  It’s Christmas.  Me & Santa are good friends now.  We do events and shows, and love to make kids happy.   Kids love the Grinch more than Santa.  He is funner.   Makes like fun to mischeivious….running with scissors.   I belive in having fun & everyone should.   The big question is about Cindy?   She grew up, has a fam, and does good in the world.   A little music.  Not taking calls.  Please stop calling.  Haha.   Grinch Loves it….missing his co-host.  “Bobby’s a jerk”  a little crazy, but he’s alright.   On the beach in Aruba.   In the mountains it’s really cold.  Ocean is Good.     Going into the holiday season.  The Grinch goes out and visits people.  Loving the kids, and the parents.   How does the Grinch have fun?   High Five…not really.  That’s his ‘bit’.  Gotta see it to believe it.  That’s one way to have fun.   I like just being with kids.  If it wasn’t for kids, Christmas would be boring.  He’s only been kicked in the shins a few times.  The kids usually love him.  And, the dogs.   Max did too….They talk.  He barks.  The Grinch talks.   The kids love it.  They are beautiful.     Breakfast with Santa at Garner Village this week before Christmas.  Crazy Fun December….this year instead of a couple of appearances, he’s made about 20.  Big Year.     Santa is a mysterious person.  When he laughs, you just want to eat cake.  Ho Ho Ho!  He’s a magical man.   A little discussion about reindeer.   This show is about businesses doing good in the world.   How do you business for good Mr. Grinch?   He knows what you get when you do bad. When you do bad, you get more bad things.  Cindy opened his eyes, and the second he realized that, his life became better.   He now sees things through those rose colored lenses.  He still love to get mischeivious, but believes now in doing good.  In changing hearts.   Doing good in this world is the most important thing you can do in this life.  #1   Haha…how many?  8…no.  9 or 10.
