 195: Joel Salomon, Prosperity Coach | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:09:00

B”H You’re listening to Jewish Money Matters, I’m Yael Trusch, your Host, welcome to the show. We’ve got a new name, ladies, it’s official. And a new cover art! Did you notice that!? Tell me what you think. Yes, we have to change the intro, yes we have to change the outro. Want me to change the song? I don’t think I’m going to do that – I love the beat. But hey, I’m open to suggestions. I hope everyone had a wonderful New Year. I certainly did and now we’re almost at the end of the ten days of Teshuva – looking forward to Yom Kippur and the Sukkot festivities to follow. I want to kick off the year with a very special guest, Prosperity Coach, Joel Salomon . I should say Hedge fund manager turned Prosperity Coach – a career shift and a combination of approaches to money that we don’t see very often. Something changed dramatically for Joel in 2015 that led him to leave Wall Street and come work for “main street” teaching people like you and I how to become financially free. Joel is the author of 3 bestselling books and is working on his fourth book at the moment. We go over the 9 rules Millionaires Use as he’s laid them out in one of his books and dive deeper into some of them. Entrepreneurship – What if we don’t have the financial runway yet to go for our entrepreneurial dream and quit our day job. What are some of the financial lessons Joel is imparting on his teenage daughters, as well as the lessons he learned as a child. Paying yourself first, and just as important, if not more, giving first. Here’s Joel Salomon.   You can find Joel at salaurmor.com and reach out to him via email if you want to be in touch or get the Five Step Stock Screen at  joel@salaurmor.com and I do recommend to get his books. You can purchase all his books on Amazon or anywhere books are sold and you can get The 9 Money Rules Millionaires Use right HERE. Looking forward to having Joel and his co-Author Molly Singh to discuss their latest book, Infinite Love and Money. Send in your questions for our Ask Yael episodes via email or Instagram @jewishlatinprincess. And hey if you benefited from this episode, can you leave a review and rating and how about you share it with a friend who might benefit from this conversation Joel and I had today. Click on the link on your podcast app and WhatsApp it to them or text it. You never know how that might change someone’s life. I want to take this opportunity to wish you all a Gmar Chatima Tova, may you be inscribed in the book of life for a happy, healthy and very prosperous new year.  Episode 190: Rabbi Aryeh Nivin, Self-Development Expert | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:09:05

B”H What’s your mission in life and how do you go about finding it? Not inconsequential questions and my guest today has been helping thousands of students from all over the world answer these for over a decade. You’re listining to Jewish Latin Princess, I’m Yael trusch your Host, welcome to the show. Today I have Self-Development Expert, Rabbi Aryeh Nivin. Rabbi Nivin is an expert in Jewish Personal Development for today’s day and age.  He consistently researches traditional Jewish approaches, in addition to positive psychology, to convey Personal Development concepts effectively. His dedication to ongoing research as well as his vast Torah knowledge keeps his classes current and dynamic. He’s developed numerous group programs popularly known as Rabbi Nivin’s Chaburas on different topics where students learn things like How to live with Expanded Consciousness, Accessing joy, Living a powerfully motivated life, Living in the present, Transcending life challenges, Time management, Self esteem, and more. Some of these topics definitely speak to me, and well the reviews and rate of continuity in Rabbi Nivin’s chaburahs speaks for themselves. Students stay in Rabbi Nivin’s programs for years as they master one area, and then continue to work on the next. His latest program, and a widely popular one, is the Elul Bootcamp, which starts actually today and will be running for the next four days. And there are many more programs accessible on his website newchabura.com He and I talk about his foray into the world of personal development. His close relationship with Founder of Aish Ha Torah, Rav Noach Weinberg obm, and how he shaped Rabbi Nivin’s life, bringing him clarity about his life’s mission. So much of Rabbi Nivin’s work is helping people find that mission and implement it, so I had to ask, how does one find that mission? What happens after we realize what that is? The financial lesson his wife taught him, and the way they approach money. His close encounter with death, and how she once again set him on the right path to embrace that challenge. Can we all break out of a paradigm of poverty, is financial freedom accessible to everyone? You’ll want to hear his answer. Our responsibility to develop financial intelligence, and to put effort, his upbringing, and the financial lessons he grew up with… This is a wonderful interview and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed speaking with this amazing human being. Here’s Rabbi Aryeh Nivin. If you’d like to learn more about The Elul Bootcamp click HERE. You can also send an email to newchabura@gmail.com or whats app +1-602-469-1606.  Episode 188: Bari Lyman, Dating Coach, Author and Creator of Meet To Marry | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 58:08

B”H This episode is brought to you by my Maaser (Tithe) Tracking Spreadsheet. You’ve heard me speak about the importance of tithing, and this time of year, the month of Elul, is perfect for  accounting, not just spiritual. We want to make sure we’ve fulfilled our obligation of tithing. As fiduciary agents of G-d’s money we want to close our year with the books in order. Why? Because we’re about to enter a new year in which G-d decides again how much bounty He will provide us with. And that provision depends to a large extent on how good of a financial manager we’ve been. So, if you’ve been wanting to commit to this mitzvah of maaser or tithing – one for which G-d guarantees wealth – I’ve created a simple maaser tracking spreadsheet, or tithe tracker, so that you do your tracking for this past year and close the books with accuracy, and/or start your new year fully committed tracking your maaser accurately and diligently. Download your free maaser tracking spreadsheet at jewishlatinprincess.com/tithetracker.    Welcome to Jewish Latin Princess Everyone! I’m Yael Trusch, your Host. How much would you pay to find your soul mate? Seriously. How much is it costing you to stay alone or in unhealthy relationships. Perhaps, it’s time to rethink dating and invest more on ourselves so that we can date not just to date, but to actually find the one? To talk about this I have a friend of the show here today, Bari Lyman. Bari is a Dating Coach, Author and Creator of Meet To Marry – the program she’s developed and through which she’s helped countless singles find their soulmate. I won’t say names, but some of these women have even been guests on this show! Bari and I recorded this interview before she was featured on the August 21 edition of The New York Times, you can check that awesome piece online. Today we address some of what The New York Times also touched upon. We talk about our blind spots and the process of empowered dating that she preaches and teaches. How do we become an empowered dater. What about the pressure to find the one, lest we get lumped into that category of “something is wrong with her,” and the problems in the popular matchmaking process so many singles face today. Bari helps her clients get to a place where they can be the one to meet the one. We go into the role that money plays into dating, when do we talk about it and how do we talk about it. What about well meaning relationship advice from those who love us most? Ladies, if you’re single or have a dear friend who still is, this show is for you. PLUS, Bari has a special offer for you to book a strategy call with her at meettomarry.com/jewishlove. Here’s the lovely Bari Lyman.  You may also like | Puede que también te gusteAntics of the Yetzer Hara & Tips to Combat HerIs Thanksgiving Kosher?Episode 103: Abbey WolinEpisode 131: Chana Mason, Vitality Coach & Author
