In episode 47, Tom is joined by Chad from My DVC Points Podcast and Tom's wife, Karyn. Reunion Station is closing in February after testing a premium club level experience. We discuss what we would like to see in this location instead. DVC just raised direct purchase prices significantly and we discuss the reasoning behind this change. DVC members got an email about the opening of the Riviera resort that had some members confused and upset. We try to clear up the confusion around this announcement. A few episodes ago, we speculated on building being built on Grand Avenue in Hollywood Studios and it's finally been revealed what that building is! A new credit card policy is starting in February at Disney resorts. A rumor has recently surfaced saying that Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at Star Wars Galaxy's Edge will be a 28 minute experience. We discuss our excitement if this rumor turns out to be true.

Disney is testing a new method to take PhotoPass pictures at 9 character meet and greet locations. The guys debate what this change could mean for your character pictures in the future. New details have been announced about the upcoming Wreck It Ralph VR experience at the Void. The guys talk about the possibilities of a new Disney technology which allows guests to use Augmented Reality to wear Disney character costumes. Disney Resort Speed Round is back! Even more details have come out about the Millennium Falcon ride at Star Wars Land and there is a rumor there will be hard ticket preview event for the land. The Wreck It Ralph VR experience is confirmed to be coming to the Void later this year. The guys explore other popular franchises that could have their own experience at the Void in the future. There are rumors that a popular parade will be ending this year, that a new Mary Poppins ride is coming to Epcot, and that an opening date is set for the Ratatouille ride. DVC recently announced that the Epcot Member Lounge would be returning for 2019 and that members can get early access to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and the guys give their opinions on these perks. Damon has several non-Disney trips planned for the near future and discusses these plans with Trevor. There are rumors (and permits) that construction has begun on a replacement for IllumiNations. The guys talk about what they think of this rumor.

Toy Story Land will be getting a holiday overlay this year and the group discusses their thoughts on what could be included. An old Disneyland and Epcot bus at a museum was accidentally crashed into a tree by some kids and the group discusses their presence in the parks. Rumor has it that Disney will not theme the massive Guardians of the Galaxy ride show building at Epcot and that the Yeti in Expedition Everest will finally get fixed. There's also a rumor that the Void at Disney Springs and Downtown Disney will get a Wreck-It Ralph VR experience. The group discusses their thoughts on these rumors and their hopes for the future of the Void.
