The club is making a really positive impact with the community. Kenneth  shared with us the experience of growing up in Cherry Orchard and how that lead to him suffering from addiction problems in the past, but found running which helped him to overcome those obstacles. Kenneth shared with us how his powerful mind set and mental skills he has developed to help him get though ultra marathons and triathlons.  Kenneth is a true leader and a huge inspiration to all his students. Kenneth's coaching and leadership style is so affective because he models he methods. Geoff is a BAFTA winning writer, filmmaker, teacher, former bouncer and world ranking martial arts expert, one the most influential since Bruce Lee. He has written over forty books on self-help, self-defense and martial arts, and has written many screenplays for short and feature films. He has appeared three times on the Sunday Times Bestsellers List, which included his first book, Watch My Back. a book Read prior to the interview and absolutely loved. the book details his decade of experiences as a doorman in Coventry. In 2008 it was adapted into a screenplay by Geoff and filmed as the major motion picture, Clubbed. he shared with us his child trauma of sexual abuse and how that ruined his childhood and subsequently his early adulthood. Geoff transformed his life. Geoff appears to be an expert in transformation. He has transformed from factory worker to martial artist, bouncer, writer, teacher and filmmaker, and is so kind graceful and loving in sharing his wisdom, most notably through his new book, The Divine CEO, a no-nonsense, pragmatic book about the hierarchy of spiritual ascent, which Matt is in the process of reading. Stephen came on the show today to tell us about an amazing programme he is involved in called INSPIRE. INSPIRE aims to assist young people aged 18-25 years to develop their own potential, and to become thriving and engaged members of their own community. Its concept is simple, to match successful professionals with young people from their own community and to INSPIRE them to see opportunities in life that may not have been apparent to them previously. Kelly came on the show to discuss the impact COVID is having on the community and the lost of revenue for the cathedral and how that is effecting the community projects she is involved in. Kelly speaks from the heart and has a genuine love and kindness for the people in her community. Kelly shared with us letters sent to people in support to survivors of domestic abuse who are link with the projects Kelly coordinates.  Kelly shared with us her childhood memories of her late Father Willy Birmingham, the founder of the charity ALONE. Jocelyn came on the show to talk about her own personal struggle with Mental health and the impact that has had on her life growing up. Jocelyn spoke honestly and openly about dealing with anxiety and depression from a young age and how she found it extremely difficult to manage and understand. this lead her to a life and self medicating with alcohol and avoiding the pain. Jocelyn shared with use the experience of attempting to take her own life by suicide and how her family saved her life. Jocelyn talked about the love and support she receives from her family.  Jocelyn shared with us the great difficulties and stress that was caused by the public health service and how frustrating that was. Jocelyn had to take her own health care in to her own hands and research her condition and eventually finding a private consultant to treat her Boarderline personality Disorder Syndrome. Jocelyn opened her heart and shared her story and vulnerabilities with great strength and courage. This young lady is a force to be reckoned with in life. we are so grateful to have such a beautiful soul on the show to share her story. Deguze shared with us his life growing up in the liberties and how child trauma impacted his life. this trauma lead the Deguze to life of drugs and crime that had him in prison on a number of occasions. Deguze was honest and open about the struggles he had with herion addiction and the battle he had to free himself from it. Deguze talked about his street art. He has some amazing pieces of street art around dublin that you will see as you go about your day in Dublin. Deguze spoke about his new love of Brazilian ju jit zu and so much more. Luke shared with us the life changing experience when he suffered his brain injury in Canada. Luck spoke about the importance of the importance of attitude in life and how that was key in his rehabilitation. Luke was honest with us when sharing the difficulties he experienced in the early stages of his rehabilitation in the National Rehabilitation Hospital. Luke is currently volunteering in the National Rehabilitation Hospital but wishes to return to college and then pursue a role in the hospital in the future. i have no doubt he would make an excellent health care worker because he is very talented, caring and inspiring young  man. we are so grateful to have him on the show to share his story. Howya, whats the craic, as you know i am Matt Burke, I am the creator and host of Magic Minds Podcast based in the Liberties, Dublin 8.  I was hoping you may be able to help us. I created the Magic Minds Podcast ,"stories that have the power to inspire" in 2017. I started with no technology education, no equipment, I basically hadn't a clue what I was doing but I had a dream and a burning ambition to create a project to help and inspire people to make positive change using the power of inspiring stories. we aim to promote love, kindness, compassion, understanding and forgiveness. That's our heart brand in a nutshell. We now have a make shift studio in my bedroom, with an old laptop and two cheap mics. Over the last 3 years I have spent hundreds of man hours building my dream and my community. We have followers all across the globe as well as our home grown amazing Liberties community. We get thank you messages daily for helping save people's life's, we have reunited a families who never knew each other and we have brought families back together. There is many more stories like these too. All this through the power of our heart brand to inspire using love and kindness. To date we have done hundreds of interviews and released 80 one hour podcast interviews on all our social media platforms, daily inspirational videos, and inspirational posts. our shows go all over the world but most of all we are making a huge impact in our community in The Liberties and across Dublin. All from my bedroom. We have grown our social medial followers to nearly 7k and still growing.  All this work is done on a voluntary bases by myself Andy and the team. We hope to keep on growing and inspiring people to change and improve their lives for the better through love and kindness but we need support.  As stated above our equipment is not of great quality to produce great sounding shows so that's something we would like to get support with in the form of funding? Christopher tells us about the amazing work that they carry out in the area. Behind every great story and charity there is always a  backstory. Christopher shared with us his backstory. Throughout his life Christopher has struggled with drink and drug addiction and also mental health difficulties. These mental health difficulties led Christopher to experience suicidal thoughts. This all changed for Christopher when he engaged in addiction service. While in addiction services Christopher re educate himself, and also found God. Christopher attributes his success to date with the support of his wife, his family, and the love of God. Christopher is a truly inspiring powerful and beautiful human being. It was an absolute pleasure to have Christopher on the show. I think there's plenty of inspiration hope and magic in this interview for us all to take away.
