Browser extensions, convert notes to PDF or Word or JPEG, cross-note links. Free, but Bear Pro is $15/year. * Simplenote (https://app.simplenote.com/) - from the Wordpress folks - Cross-platform, clean intercase, supports Markdown, can publish online, share with others.
