In this emotional episode, Chris shares how Lex has turned his life around, and why he thinks other struggling veterans should consider getting a service dog of their own.

This week Robin is joined by Zach Skow, the founder of nonprofit organization Marley’s Mutts Dog Rescue and owner of 2016 American Hero Dog Hooch, a rescue dog with an incredible story. Zach talks about the powerful bond he shares with Hooch and his other rescue dogs and shares how they helped heal him during struggles with addiction. Later, Robin and Zach chat about the excitement of the American Humane Hero Dog Awards, and Zach shares updates on Hooch since his big win.

Pop superstar Taylor Dayne joins Robin on this week’s podcast to discuss her incredible musical career, her love of animals, and her work with American Humane.
