The Community Re-Entry Program in Racine, Wisconsin is designed to reduce crime and victimization, build stronger neighborhoods, respond to offender needs, and ensure offender accountability. These goals are accomplished through coordinated partnerships with a variety of agencies with a vested interest in ensuring the successful reintegration of offenders returning from prisons back into the community.
