Pastor Ken Hutcherson 4:19 In a little while 44 the world will not see me any longer, but you will see me; because I live, you will live too. 14:20 You will know at that time 45 that I am in my Father and you are in me and I am in you. 14:21 The person who has my commandments and obeys 46 them is the one who loves me. 47 The one 48 who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and will reveal 49 myself to him.” 14:22 “Lord,” Judas (not Judas Iscariot) 50 said, 51 “what has happened that you are going to reveal 52 yourself to us and not to the world?” 14:23Jesus replied, 53 “If anyone loves me, he will obey 54 my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and take up residence withhim. 55 14:24 The person who does not love me does not obey 56 my words. And the word 57 you hear is not mine, but the Father’s who sent me. 14:25 “I have spoken these things while staying 58 with you. 14:26 But the Advocate, 59 the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you 60 everything, 61 and will cause you to remember everything 62 I said to you. 14:27 “Peace I leave with you; 63 my peace I give to you; I do not give it 64 to you as the world does. 65 Do not let your hearts be distressed orlacking in courage. 66 14:28 You heard me say to you, 67 ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would be glad 68 that I am going to the Father, because the Father is greater than I am. 69 14:29 I have told you now before it happens, so that when it happens you may believe. 70 14:30 I will not speak with you much longer, 71 for the ruler of this world is coming. 72 He has no power over me, 73 14:31 but I am doing just what the Father commanded me, so that the world may know 74 that I love the Father. 75 Get up, let us go from here.” 76

The person who has seen me has seen the Father! How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? 14:10 Do you not believe that Iam in the Father, and the Father is in me? 20 The words that I say to you, I do not speak on my own initiative, 21 but the Father residing in meperforms 22 his miraculous deeds. 23 14:11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father is in me, but if you do not believe me, 24 believebecause of the miraculous deeds 25 themselves. 14:12 I tell you the solemn truth, 26 the person who believes in me will perform 27 the miraculous deeds 28 that I am doing, 29 and will perform 30 greater deeds 31 than these, because I am going to the Father. 14:13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, 32 so that the Father may be glorified 33 in the Son. 14:14 If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.

"Hand Me Your Feet" Pt. II John 13:1-16 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 37:45

Pastor Ken Hutcherson 13:1 Just before the Passover feast, Jesus knew that his time 1 had come to depart 2 from this world to the Father.Having loved his own who were in the world, he now loved them to the very end. 3 13:2 The evening meal 4 was in progress, and the devil had already put into the heart 5 of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, that he should betray 6 Jesus. 7 13:3 Because Jesus 8 knew that the Father had handed all things over to him, 9 and that he had comefrom God and was going back to God, 13:4 he got up from the meal, removed 10 his outer clothes, 11 took a toweland tied it around himself. 12 13:5 He poured water into the washbasin and began to wash the disciples’ feet andto dry them with the towel he had wrapped around himself. 13 13:6 Then he came to Simon Peter. Peter 14 said to him, “Lord, are you going to wash 15 my feet?” 13:7 Jesusreplied, 16 “You do not understand 17 what I am doing now, but you will understand 18 after these things.” 13:8Peter said to him, “You will never wash my feet!” 19 Jesus replied, 20 “If I do not wash you, you have no share with me.” 21 13:9 Simon Peter said to him, “Lord, wash 22 not only my feet, but also my hands and my head!”13:10 Jesus replied, 23 “The one who has bathed needs only to wash his feet, 24 but is completely 25 clean. 26 Andyou disciples 27 are clean, but not every one of you.” 13:11 (For Jesus 28 knew the one who was going to betrayhim. For this reason he said, “Not every one of you is 29 clean.”) 30 13:12 So when Jesus 31 had washed their feet and put his outer clothing back on, he took his place at the table 32 again and said to them, “Do you understand 33 what I have done for you? 13:13 You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’and do so correctly, 34 for that is what I am. 35 13:14 If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you too ought to wash one another’s feet. 13:15 For I have given you an example 36 – you should do just as Ihave done for you. 13:16 I tell you the solemn truth, 37 the slave 38 is not greater than his master, nor is the one who is sent as a messenger 39 greater than the one who sent him.

 "Let's Take a Donkey Ride" Pt. III John 12:20-41 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 40:58

Pastor Ken Hutcherson 12:20 Now some Greeks 39 were among those who had gone up to worship at the feast. 12:21 So these approached Philip, 40 who was fromBethsaida in Galilee, and requested, 41 “Sir, we would like to see Jesus.” 12:22 Philip went and told Andrew, and they both 42 went and told Jesus.12:23 Jesus replied, 43 “The time 44 has come for the Son of Man to be glorified. 45 12:24 I tell you the solemn truth, 46 unless a kernel of wheatfalls into the ground and dies, it remains by itself alone. 47 But if it dies, it produces 48 much grain. 49 12:25 The one who loves his life 50 destroys51 it, and the one who hates his life in this world guards 52 it for eternal life. 12:26 If anyone wants to serve me, he must follow 53 me, and where Iam, my servant will be too. 54 If anyone serves me, the Father will honor him. 12:27 “Now my soul is greatly distressed. And what should I say? ‘Father, deliver me 55 from this hour’? 56 No, but for this very reason I have come to this hour. 57 12:28 Father, glorify your name.” Then a voice came from heaven, 58 “I have glorified it, 59 and I will glorify it 60 again.”12:29 The crowd that stood there and heard the voice 61 said that it had thundered. Others said that an angel had spoken to him. 62 12:30 Jesussaid, 63 “This voice has not come for my benefit 64 but for yours. 12:31 Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world 65 will be driven out. 66 12:32 And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people 67 to myself.” 12:33 (Now he said this to indicate clearly what kind of death he was going to die.) 68 12:34 Then the crowd responded, 69 “We have heard from the law that the Christ 70 will remain forever. 71 How 72 can you say, ‘The Son of Manmust be lifted up’? Who is this Son of Man?” 12:35 Jesus replied, 73 “The light is with you for a little while longer. 74 Walk while you have the light,so that the darkness may not overtake you. 75 The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going. 12:36 While you have the light, believe in the light, so that you may become sons of light.” 76 When Jesus had said these things, he went away and hid himself from them. The Outcome of Jesus’ Public Ministry Foretold 12:37 Although Jesus 77 had performed 78 so many miraculous signs before them, they still refused to believe in him, 12:38 so that the word 79 of Isaiah the prophet would be fulfilled. He said, 80 “Lord, who has believed our message, and to whom has the arm of the Lord 81 been revealed?” 82 12:39 For this reason they could not believe, 83 because again Isaiah said, 12:40 “He has blinded their eyes and hardened their heart, 84 so that they would not see with their eyes and understand with their heart, 85 and turn to me, 86 and I would heal them.” 87 12:41 Isaiah said these things because he saw Christ’s 88 glory, and spoke about him.

 "Let's Take a Donkey Ride" Pt. II John 12:12-16 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 27:41

Pastor Ken Hutcherson 12:12 The next day the large crowd that had come to the feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem. 23 12:13 So they took branches of palm trees 24 and went out to meet him. They began to shout, 25 “Hosanna! 26 Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord! 27 Blessed is 28 the king of Israel!” 12:14 Jesus found a young donkey 29 andsat on it, just as it is written, 12:15 “Do not be afraid, people of Zion; 30 look, your king is coming, seated on a donkey’s colt!” 31 12:16 (His disciples did not understand these things when they first happened, 32 but when Jesus was glorified, 33 then they remembered that these things were written about him and that these things had happened 34 to him.)35

 "Let's Take a Donkey Ride" John 12:1-11 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 33:59

Pastor Ken Hutcherson 12:1 Then, six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany, where Lazarus lived, whom he 1 had raised from the dead.12:2 So they prepared a dinner for Jesus 2 there. Martha 3 was serving, and Lazarus was among those present at the table 4 with him. 12:3 Then Mary took three quarters of a pound 5 of expensive aromatic oil from pure nard 6 and anointed the feet of Jesus. She 7 then wiped his feet dry with her hair. (Now the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfumed oil.) 8 12:4 But Judas Iscariot, one of his disciples (the one who was going to betray him) 9 said, 12:5 “Why wasn’t this oil sold for three hundred silver coins 10 and the money 11 given to the poor?” 12:6 (Now Judas 12 said this not because he was concerned about the poor, but because he was a thief. As keeper of the money box, 13 he used to steal what was put into it.)14 12:7 So Jesus said, “Leave her alone. She has kept it for the day of my burial. 15 12:8 For you will always have the poorwith you, but you will not always have me!” 16 12:9 Now a large crowd of Judeans 17 learned 18 that Jesus 19 was there, and so they came not only because of him 20 butalso to see Lazarus whom he had raised from the dead. 12:10 So the chief priests planned to kill Lazarus too, 21 12:11 for on account of him many of the Jewish people from Jerusalem 22 were going away and believing in Jesus.

 "If He Sleeps" Pt. V John 11:45-57 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 33:25

Pastor Ken Hutcherson 11:45 Then many of the people, 91 who had come with Mary and had seen the things Jesus 92 did, believed in him.11:46 But some of them went to the Pharisees 93 and reported to them 94 what Jesus had done. 11:47 So the chief priests and the Pharisees 95 called the council 96 together and said, “What are we doing? For this man is performingmany miraculous signs. 11:48 If we allow him to go on in this way, 97 everyone will believe in him, and the Romanswill come and take away our sanctuary 98 and our nation.” 11:49 Then one of them, Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, said, 99 “You know nothing at all! 11:50 You do notrealize 100 that it is more to your advantage to have one man 101 die for the people than for the whole nation to perish.” 102 11:51 (Now he did not say this on his own, 103 but because he was high priest that year, he prophesiedthat Jesus was going to die for the Jewish nation, 104 11:52 and not for the Jewish nation 105 only, 106 but to gather together 107 into one the children of God who are scattered.) 108 11:53 So from that day they planned together to killhim. 11:54 Thus Jesus no longer went 109 around publicly 110 among the Judeans, 111 but went away from there to the region near the wilderness, to a town called Ephraim, 112 and stayed there with his disciples. 11:55 Now the Jewishfeast of Passover 113 was near, and many people went up to Jerusalem 114 from the rural areas before the Passover tocleanse themselves ritually. 115 11:56 Thus they were looking for Jesus, 116 and saying to one another as they stood inthe temple courts, 117 “What do you think? That he won’t come to the feast?” 11:57 (Now the chief priests and the Pharisees 118 had given orders that anyone who knew where Jesus 119 was should report it, so that they could arrest120 him.) 121
