The only question a company has about you when you're interviewing is, "What can YOU do for the company?" That's it! And I don't care what the interview question is, that's what they want to know. So, how do you deal with this when you're interviewing? I have the answer - listen now!   

When you're preparing for a mock interview make sure the person interviewing you is serious. In order to practice and get anything out of a mock interview you, and especially the interviewer, must take it seriously. Listen now!

When you're interviewing for a position it is very important that you stay positive about previous employers. The interviewer is looking for signs of a bad character, so being negative will reflect badly on you, so don't do it! Stay positive about past employers. Take a listen! 

Resumes are a pain to put together, aren't they? But they don't have to be if you keep your resume updated. There are a lot of reasons to keep your resume updated, but probably the most imporant reason is your memory! Let's discuss how to build a resume. Take a listen!

So my job search experiment was to evaluate online job applications and apply to jobs that were advertised throughout the Internet vs. using a more targeted approach and targeting companies that were not advertising. Listen to the results!

Hiring Managers need you MORE than you need them, it's true. HR Managers, Corporate Recruiters, Outside Recruiters, Employment Agencies - All of them! These people are in the business of filling positions. If they cannot fill positions, they won't have a job. What about you? Take a listen!
