Taimak (pronounced Tie-Mock) got his first taste for the entertainment business when he was very young. About ten years later, and after winning the New York State kickboxing championship, Taimak was cast by Motown legend Berry Gordy in the lead role of “The Last Dragon”. He played the unforgettable Bruce Leroy, the Bruce Lee wannabe in search of “The Glow”. He was quickly catapulted to stardom and a career that has spanned over twenty years. In fact, Sony Pictures has taken on producing a remake of The Last Dragon. Samuel L. Jackson signed on to play “Shonuff” in the new updated version, look out for Taimak to be in the picture as well. He has appeared in over a dozens plays, including Roadhouse in 2004 at the Barrow Street Theater in New York City, playing the notable role of Dalton in this zany comedy rendition of Patrick Swayzes 80’s cult classic film. He has recently teamed up again with the highly inventive Roadhouse director Timothy Haskell in an original stage play written by Eric Sanders. The show will be opening at The Ohio Theater in SOHO, NYC in March.. As martial arts choreographer and trainer, Taimak has worked with Madonna on her Drowned World Tour, and with the rock group Bush on their “Chemical Between Us” video. He has guest starred on several television shows, including Ally McBeal, A Different World, and Third Watch. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and has received his post-graduate degree in Chiropractic, graduating cum laude. Tom is also a Certified Nutritional Specialist, Certified Clinical Nutritionist and a Diplomat of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition. Tom lectures internationally on health, nutrition, anti-aging and fitness. He has been a featured speaker at the first Society of Weight Training and Injury Specialist (SWIS) symposium. Tom has written for and been featured in numerous issues of Muscle Media magazine as well as numerous other health and fitness publications. Tom’s amazing physique transformation, knowledge and industry status caught the attention of Bill Phillips, renowned fitness authority and author of Body for Life. Belinda is an international sports model, fitness author, columnist, and extreme sports person, published in the USA, Australia and Central America. Belinda is an Australian fitness model and lives in Panama, Central America. She has a background in sports - a keen surfer and in 2003 competed in the Australian Open Surf Masters. She also enjoys boxing and has trained under the Grand Master Vince Palumbo (IKBBF Middleweight World Pro-Boxing Champion). Her weekly regime involves weight training, boxing, swimming and Pilates. She is bi-lingual (English/Spanish). Currently she is working on various projects: her own website, with sponsors and also as a monthly columnist for Sports and Health magazine Panama.

Maurepaz Auguste was born and raised in Newark, NJ, and was himself a former member of the notorious Bloods gang. As a youth, Mr. Auguste fell constantly in trouble with the law. Mr. Auguste grew up with a gang that was known at the time as the “Double Deuce” mainly because they were based on 22nd Street and 18th Avenue in Newark, NJ and the fact that there were 22 of them. Jonathan Urla, MFA, Certified Pilates Instructor (Power Pilates, PMA) was a professional dancer/choreographer for 8 years before becoming a personal trainer. He began directing himself toward more mind-body techniques after studying yoga off and on for 15 years. His formal Pilates training began in 1996 with master trainer Phoebe Higgins in New York city. He enjoyed integrating his practice of yoga with Pilates and soon created Yogilates in 1997 as an alternative system for optimal fitness. He has since published a book on Yogilates (HarperCollins), produced several video programs of Pilates and Yogilates workouts, and over ten years has developed extensive continuing education courses which he presents for various organizations. He also is an avid runner and sports enthusiast and participates in running club races and triathlons. Soon after Page Kennedy was let go on the ABC series, Desperate Housewives, Kearse served as Kennedy's replacement for the role of Caleb Applewhite, a fugitive who is being held captive in his mother's basement (Alfre Woodard). Prior to Desperate Housewives, Kearse had roles in Taxi, Marci X, Cross Bronx and as a voice on the video game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Kearse co-starred in the 2007 film My Brother alongside Vanessa L. Williams. Nashawn was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and shares a son with Wendy Pastor.

Afterward, she worked at the University Health Center as a nutrition assistant where she provided nutritional counseling and actively participated in health promotion. She went on to intern at the Michael E. DeBakey Medical Center and completed her Master’s coursework in a combined program with Texas Woman’s University. Sarah has worked as a registered dietitian in several different sectors of nutrition and wellness including hospitals, physician offices and sports clubs. Her primary areas of focus are weight management, medical nutrition therapy and sports nutrition.
