Skipper-T and The Robot do Los Angeles

Episode 15 takes place on the one year anniversary of STRLA's debut on iTunes and features a recap of all the artists that have been guests on STRLA, a brief discussion of Proposition 19 and a delicious serving of Birthday Bacon cooked and served up by Skipper-T himself. Episode 15 features Matthew Benware, singer of The Hard Goodbye, live in the studio with Skip and Robot celebrating the anniversary.

Episode 14 takes place on Memorial Day and see's our hosts Skip and Robot making a trip to Topanga Days in Topanga Canyon to attend the various festivities. Episode 14 is terrifyingly live and unedited and features hummingbirds fucking, a recap of LA's Most Wanted and our first real game show segment put together by executive producer Gigi.

Episode 13 is the first episode of season 2 of STRLA where Skip and Robot decide that instead of taking a long break from podcasting because they were busy or lazy, it's actually because they were allowing some time between their pilot season and the epic happening now known as STRLA Season 2! Skip and Robot discuss the new Inglewood One Studios, a recap of what happened during their time off, plans for the new seasons and the wonderously large new Tecate tall boys.

Episode 12 features our hosts bringing you a taped-delayed re-broadcast of the regular seasons closer of the Lingerie Football League. Before the thrilling commentary begins, Skip and Robot discuss the accommodations in Miami as well as various hi-jinx taking place at, and on the way to the Four Seasons Miami.

In this, the shortest episode of STRLA to date, our hosts skip the studio segment and head straight to The Stronghold in Venice to hang out with Blue Eyed Son and the good folks of Venice. Blue Eyed Son is one of Venice's best know singer/songwriter's with a style and voice indicative of the lifestyle and culture of Southern California's coolest community.

After discussing the Champagne Room recordings on multiple episodes following episode 001, our host Skip and Robot have decided to release the Champagne room dialogue which was recorded while drunk. We apologize to anyone we offended during our time in the Champagne Room, and for our poor attempt to sing along with Led Zeppelin. If you've been made fun of, it's only because you are loved!

For episode 010, Skip and Robot review the favorite moments of the show and give thanks to those who made our first 10 episodes so memorable. This episode also includes a recap of the Golden Globes, Robot's top three on-air gaffs and a trip to Venice Whaler to see Westside country/folk/alternative artist Paul Chesne.

Episode 009 brings in the new year with a discussion of Holiday vacation, Los Angeles' five most wanted felons, the conclusion of regular season LFL action and some unsettling bacon grease. This episode features a trip to Joxer Daly's in Culver City to see and interview The Whiskey Saints, stewards of folk/rock/pop/country melodies.

Episode 008 is our official Christmas episode in which Skip and Robot hate on Christmas music, exchange some holiday swag and take a trip to Good Hurt in Mar Vista to interview music legend and bass player extraordinaire Mike Watt, in what is surely the shows finest moment to date!

Episode 007 includes a discussion of our episode numbering system, holiday games and our first official round of apologies. Our host will also take a trip to the House of Blues on the Sunset Strip to see American Idiots, LA's premiere Green Day tribute band.

Episode 006 includes a discussion of Supergrass Vs. Oasis, a recap of epic Episode 005 and a trip to "Trip", Lincoln Blvd's premiere dive bar, to see Steve Sigl and the Schoenberg Knife Fight Ensemble!

Upon leaving Abbot Kinney and First Fridays, Skip and Robot lose track of where the care is and spend a good deal of time seeking it.

Our hosts enjoy a night out in Venice for First Fridays on Abbot Kinney and run in to some fun television folks on the street. Also featuring house parties, getting lost and plenty of bad news!

Halloween is upon us and in this, our fourth official installment of STRLA. This weeks dose of STRLA features discussion of current events and a crazy trip to West Hollywood to hang with a few hundred thousand freaks at the West Hollywood Halloween Carnival.
