The Art of Patience: Waiting as Opportunity | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 13:19

Waiting can be a source of anxiety for some, and a space of peace for others. On a recent trip to Dallas, I met two new friends who are legally blind. This prompted me to consider the ways that the typically-abled may experience waiting, and the power of intuition. In this episode you’re invited into considering the value of tapping into your intuition when confronted with the experience of waiting. I share three ways to tap into your intuition and harness the power of your own deep knowing to move forward. I also invite you to consider: · the power of mindfulness · practicing presence · distinguishing between inner critic and intuition · waiting as an opportunity for growth · values and priorities · noticing negative self-talk · making better decisions · seeking help in the process If you’re ready for some help in your process of waiting, be sure to book a complimentary spark session and let’s find the best path forward for you!
