Filter MagCAST show

Filter MagCASTJoin Now to Follow

Filter MagCast is what you get when a couple of Filter staffers find a mic and a mixer, barricade themselves inside the CD closet and banter about their favorite music of the moment on their lunch break. This promises to be the first of many off-the-cuff, thrown-together pirate DJ sessions coming live from the humid confines of the Filter offices in Hollywood. Resident Kentucky boys Pat and Eli (the "Dukes of Hollywood") somehow earned the honor of spittin into the mic for this first ever inaugural world premiere Filter MagCast. Listen in as these lanky Venice roomies "whinnie" and "kaw" through a 20-minute laughter-filled show featuring new nuggets of music from the following bands/albums: The Redwalls, de nova (Capitol) Sufjan Stevens, Illinois (Asthmatic Kitty) The Ponys, Celebration Castle (In the Red) Mazarin, We're Already There (I and Ear) The Cranes, Particles and Waves (Dadaphonic) Scarling, So Long, Scarecrow (Sympathy for the Record Industry) Nada Surf, The Weight Is a Gift (Barsuk)
